Stir chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Please in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and stir. Repeat until melted. Let rest until room temperature.
Lay 3-4 banana slices stacked on baking paper and pierce with a toothpick.
Dip each bite into melted chocolate until covered and place back on the paper until dried
Sprinkle with sea salt
Refreeze for 1-2 hours and serve
The Purple Greenie
Ingredients:
2 frozen organic Morning Co acai blend sachets
1/2 cup Morning Co banana slices
1/4 cup coconut water
1 handful of spinach or kale
1/3 avocado
1 tablespoon honey
1 handful of frozen berries
Method:
Place all ingredients in the blender
Blend until thick and smooth
Pour into jar or bowl
Top with fresh fruits, seeds or nuts to serve
Morning Mango Chia Pud
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen Morning Co mango bites
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons honey/maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
Add mango bites to a blender with water and puree until no large chunks remain
Add pureed mango, almond milk, chia seeds, honey/maple syrup, sea salt and vanilla extract to a medium mixing bowl and mix until combined
Pour mixture into a glass or bowl and refrigerate for minimum 3 hours and serve
