What is your favourite thing about an acai bowl? “The thick, creamy texture and subtle berry taste. It’s a powerful anti-inflammatory, high in anti-oxidants and great for the skin and immune system”
What is your special touch when making an acai smoothie at home? “My secret is adding coconut water – it gives it that thick, creamy texture and is a natural sweetener, meaning I don’t have to add any refined sugars or sweeteners”
What does a healthy lifestyle mean to you? ”Nourishing your body with the best possible nutrients and vitamins to ensure you’re giving it the fuel it needs to work throughout the day”
